Step 1: Domains
A domain is the unique name that identifies your site on the web. If you already have a domain registered, you can skip to the next step. If not our staff can help you identify an available domain that describes your organization.

Step 2: Website Types

At Clarity Business Solutions we separate web development efforts into three main categories: Static, Dynamic, and Ecommerce. The main difference between the three is how your content will be managed.
A static website will be built around html templates and all information is hardcoded into the pages themselves.
A dynamic website will be driven by content stored in a central database. This will allow the content to be dynamically created when a user visits your site. This type of site is generally most useful when you want to manage information, such as personally messages that you can change at will.
Lastly, an Ecommerce site provides the ability to sell products online through the use of an online store.

Step 3: Your Hosting Needs
After we have determined the type of site you will need, we can select the appropriate hosting option. Static sites are less expensive to host than dynamic sites. Hosting costs range from $10/month to $24/month for a basic dynamic site. Costs will vary depending on the amount of disk space and traffic your site requires.

Step 4: Information Architecture

This may be the most important step of the process. Here our staff will work with you to determine how to present the information on your website. It is extremely important for your information to be well organized and easy to navigate. Our staff will work with you to develop information diagrams that will layout the pages and the various content that will be required.

Step 5: Graphic Design
After our staff has an information architecture diagram, we can then develop a graphic design to meet your needs. Our graphic designers will create a custom design for you organization. The designs will be approved by you via proofs.

Step 6: Web Development
After you have approved the graphic design, our team of developers will create your site. We will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your site and all functionality.
